Viva Las Vegas!

I thought I would give you a brief break from Charlie photos (but there will be more because she had a play date with her sister Friday night) and show you the excitement of our Saturday evening. Bradley planned a surprise anniversary party for Lauren to celebrate their 5 wonderful years of marriage and enlisted the help of their friends (of which we were included). Apparently their plan has always been to go to Vegas on their fifth and renew their vows with Elvis in a little chapel. Due to current circumstances it was better for Vegas to come to them instead, so while Brad diverted Lauren out of the house, their friends decorated the place up with Vegas like items. One brave friend even wore the Elvis costume, and googled Elvis vows for the appropriate ceremony. His wife played the keyboard during the ceremony and all in all it was a very fun and hilarious night. I'd give you more details but you know....what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.....

The surprised and glowing pregnant bride was greeted at the door with veil and flowers. She was shocked by all of us in her living room and could not figure out who was in the Elvis costume.

Here they are with the ordained Elvis who helped them pronounce their hunka hunka burning love for each other.

No ceremony is complete without wedding cake. Her cousins made a delicious one in the shape of a 5. We love you Lo and Brad and wish you many more years of wedded bliss!!!
