B&B snobs

I'm back! Sorry for the hiatus. So last weekend we headed up to Wichita for a celebratory weekend in honor of Vdays and Bdays. Our first night was spent in a certain B&B that wasn't the best place in the world. And maybe we are becoming B&B snobs since we've stayed in a few but I think you will agree that when staying in any place that you are paying money for it is not fun to:
A. Hear everything the people next door to you are saying or doing
B. Get frozen water shot at you in your shower because the people next door are showering too
C. Have a mini fridge in your room that is only stocked with 2 waters, one piece of string cheese, and one granola bar
D. Are forced to dine with and make small talk with the eccentric couple that you heard the night before
E. All of the above
Luckily we were only staying at that place one night. After a wonderful day spent antiquing (for those interested I bought some celadon weilware, fridge containers in the peasant pyrex pattern, turquoise mason jars, wooden spools for future crafts, and a book) we stayed in this place It was much better but we had a pretty tiny room. The whole place is pretty cool though and if you get there before the other guests you can go exploring and look in all the other rooms. And you can climb all the way to the top of the turret. Too bad it was pretty cold but we did go up there. All in all it was a wonderful weekend and on Sunday we even got to see Leann and kids at church before heading back. And just to prove we are alive and well......

glad you spent some good quality time with each other!!!
the castle place looks cool!

have you ever stayed at the arcadia inn by UCO? that's where we had our first night after we were married, and it was so cool, it would have been cooler if we didnt have the leave at 5am for our flight, and could have had some homemade breakfast.

try that place sometime!
