Breakfast in Bed

What else is there to do on a snowy spring day besides lay in bed all day? And while we were at it, we decided to let Olivia try real food for the first time! Bananas were on the menu for her breakfast in bed and I think she did pretty well!
Charlie wanted to clean her mouth when she was done!I think she enjoyed it but I think she enjoyed snuggling in bed with her family even more!

We attached her clip-on chair to our kitchen table today and tried some banana at lunch too, but she wasn't that interested. She might've been afraid she was about to tip the table over at any moment because our table's not the most stable thing.....I think we'll be looking around for a new table soon. Either that or a restaurant style high chair.

P.S. make sure you read the NY post below and comment!!

Hannah enjoyed watching Olivia. She was talking to her, waving, and giggling throughout the video. Thanks for sharing Olivia's first food. -April

She reminded me of a baby bird with her mouth open ready for more.

Cooper uses a high chair that just fits in the chair by the dining room table. Now it can be more of a booster seat. They are a little cheaper then the other ones I think. But that's what he's always used.

The first pic reminds me of baby Katie waking up from a nap. The last pic reminds me of baby Amy when started smiling. Have fun!

If you still have our old kitchen table in your garage, the middle leaf can be taken out to make it smaller. (The table you used in your dining room for awhile.) Then it will be a table for 4.

We enjoyed the park in the middle of China town.....people doing Tai Chi, lots of people sitting around playing Mah-jong and Chinese children playing...it was a nice step into another culture.
Also, Top of the rock is different from Empire State building because you can see so much more....
The Church across from World Trade cEnter is quite impactive!
We were there 6 days last summer and plan on going again soon.
Have fun...Aunt Debby
