Simply Delicious Pork

I love a recipe with an adverb in its title, don't you? I cannot take credit for this recipe, I got it out of one of my cookbooks. It is easy and delicious and fills your house with a yummy smell that has my mouth watering all day in anticipation of supper time. Or dinner time. Or whatever you call it in your house. The ingredients are
1 to 1.5 pounds of boneless pork tenderloin (cut in thin slices)
3 or 4 golden delicious apples (cut in thin slices)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
3 T Brown Sugar

First cut the pork in slices. If you freeze and let thaw slightly, it's really easy to cut and keeps the pieces together nicely.
Place in slow cooker.
Cut up your apple. Place slices on top of meat in slow cooker.
Combine salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over top in slow cooker.
Cook for 6-8 hours on low and serve!
Simply Delicious!
